The good: 8 pounds down, better sleep numbers, better respiratory rate.
The bad: One night I woke up nauseated and belched so long and loud it woke Gary up and as it continued he cried out “IS THERE A BEAR IN THE HOUSE?”
It is possible that the scale reads low just because I have so much gas in me that I am partially airborne.
Here’s what we need to see, we need to see Selena Gomez in a tiny evening gown and when they ask who she’s wearing, she opens her mouth and belches.
YAY for better sleep numbers and respiratory rate! I wouldn't have expected that to have an effect that fast?
But siiiigh gas. Ugh.
ALSO where has Gary been putting peanuts if he thinks there might be a bear in the house???

KC - Oh, the nuts are literally in the foyer. Why else would a bear come in?

But, like, behind a locked door, right?
... wouldn't you notice if a bear broke in, though? Maybe?

KC - Well, yes, I would, but this was a conversation with Gary, who sleeps so much lately that he could have been sleeptalking.

As long as he doesn't open the door for a bear while asleep...
