I don't know why it delights me so when flowers bloom. I have done virtually nothing to bring that blossom into the world.
(You could compare it to equestrian sports in the Olympics: the human does not do the heavy lifting. (Or that's my gut reaction. I'm sure it's a sport, just ... is it an Olympic sport?))
So the arbor has held wisteria, tea roses, morning glories, trumpet vine, and now hyacinth bean.

I was rejoicing in the fact that my impatiens had recovered from the heat dome that occurred while we were away (so I wasn't able to water them) but then some creature had them for breakfast. Sigh. - Common Household Mom

CHM - You grow roots, not plants, so I bet your impatiens will be back in two weeks. (And I bet the creature was a groundhog, flower-eating bastards.)
