KC - I might put it on a baked potato.
Good god - there are 14 recipes at https://www.cookwithcampbells.ca/collections/cream-bacon-recipes/

Scalloped potatoes are plausible, although despite being an embarrassingly large fan of cream of mushroom soup, I still prefer from-scratch scalloped potatoes to cream-of scalloped potatoes, so maybe or maybe not.
I wonder how closely the mash-with-kale resembles any version of colcannon? Spouse had it growing up as 1. fried bacon with cabbage and 2. cubes of velveeta mixed into 3. mashed potatoes. But there are many versions, and I could see kale instead of cabbage...

KC - I have every ingredient for the chicken thigh / BBQ / slowcokker recipe, so I'm doing that. https://www.cookwithcampbells.ca/recipe/bbq-bacon-slow-cooker-chicken/

I look forward to hearing about the experiment's results! (what do you want to bet that it comes out looking less appetizing than the photo?)

KC - as with all food photos.

Sometimes the distance between the food photo and what actually happens is... larger... than at other times, though.
