KC - Pretty easy once you make all the mistakes. There are videos out there, but even with the videos I should have done these extra things:

Get the smallest possible mold form. I finally landed on a margarine container and it was the perfect size for a three-inch brain.
Use water displacement math to figure out how much silicone to mix.
Make sure it is a complete seal when hot gluing the mold to the flat surface.
