This is the reality, which I have been trying to ignore:
I think I undid everything I liked about last week's version. Still, now there's a cast shadow behind the dog that I don't hate.
I have to say, I have had enough with sitting in front of the canvas and slapping on the paint wherever I guess it should go. Next time I'm going back to glazing, and I am going to make a plan first. I'll take each color, determine where it should be, make a chart, and then paint. I'm going with simple: the pink pitcher and the green pitcher and maybe a plain mug.
