8:45 am: apple for breakfast, because I am visiting the new Dapper Donut mini-donut franchise and I don't want to be hungry. Just one donut.
9:00: Minimum order of donuts is three. I order three. Gary balks at three. Gary overrides me and orders 24.
9:01: Three hot mini-donuts for brunch.
9:02: Eight hot mini-donuts for brunch.
12:00: All the leftover Chinese for lunch, because all the wicked foods need to be gone by tomorrow when the diet starts anew.
4:00: Hazelnut ice cream bar that's been in the freezer for months because Gary won't eat it.
5:30: One leftover slice of pizza that MyFitnessPal says is 490 calories, which seems steep, especially since we got the thin crust, St. Louisans that we are.
It is 10:19. I am going to go eat the last bit of garbage food that is floating around the house (a frozen Lindor truffle) and then go to bed and digest this 1,500 calories into the half a pound it is destined to be.
Enough vitamin C to prevent scurvy: check!
But yes, this does not sound like the *most* nutritionally-optimized day. Hopefully all the things were enjoyed, however. :-) And the next day is always potentially another (albeit potentially half-pound heavier) day. :-)

KC - Well, tomorrow morning is the day I weigh, so we shall see.

KC - up two pounds and I feel achy. Guh.

Sorry about the achy and the two pounds. Are there any specific Foods That Will Make Your Body Cranky in the list, or was it just "that was too much to digest, leave us alone" or something? (It seems that autoimmune-y bodies, especially, are touchy about things and yet do not provide comprehensive guidelines on what is okay or not on any given day. I find this annoying. I want tricorders already!)

KC - Oh, it's sugar. Somehow, I never consider how it will make me feel the next day.
