I don't exactly break a sweat at Physical Therapy, but somehow it makes me exhausted the rest of the day.
But, I must document my success. My resting state is one unit lower. (Unit. What would be the appropriate unit of measure of inner clench strength? One Kegel lower?) A little more stable, as well.
A week of 45 Kegel exercises a day has left me not only more relaxed (3 to 2), but my speed has improved. I go from 3-10 at the same rate, but the 10 to 3 descent speed is faster. I am also "more coordinated." Soon I will be juggling up in there.
