Well! Entertainment Weekly tells me an actor named Timothy Olyphant is in Saint Louis at this moment. I've never heard of him, but that's because I'm waiting for this Deadwood show to end its run so I can watch the repeats with some idea of when its going to end. Like a Sweet November thing.
Need to find out where on earth in Saint Louis people would be filming. I know Escape from New York was shot at Union Station, and of course White Palace was set in Saint Louis. There was a man outside the Adams Mark the other day who had a movie-star aura around him, like a really handsome version of Spalding Gray.
Of course, Spalding Gray's brother lives here. Years ago I saw Spalding Gray at Duff's in the Central West End. Duff's is where they filmed the final scene of White Palace. I bet if I go to Duff's tomorrow I'll see movie people.
My friend Silas ordered bacon when were at Duff's and saw Spalding Gray. I remember because it was the first time I'd heard it called "a rasher of bacon." Bacon. You know where I'm headed with this.
I caught 15 minutes of one Deadwood episode and am too waiting to watch it from the beginning. I was intrigued by what I saw.
Speaking of intriguing, Timothy Olyphant works his Old-Timey Mustache of Authority quite well on that show! It's hard for me to picture him as the same guy from the Scream movies.
Bacon. Mmm. And, hee.

I'm not proud of this, but off the top of my head, I know I've seen Timothy Olyphant in: Go, The Girl Next Door, and an Episode of My Name Is Earl. (Small, small crush)
