So, what they don't tell you when you get Amazon Prime (so you can watch documentaries on your PC for free) is that the shopping monkey jumps right on your back and rides you like a donkey in Tijuana.
That's why I was scrolling through the day's "deals" and saw this:
Of course I clicked on the first item.
I can't find it again now, but that seems like a good price, doesn't it?
==========================
Later: Wait, no, it's right here in my recently viewed items.
Your link tells us that shoppers like you also recently viewed UFO detectors and yodeling pickles lol. This could explain a lot.

Jerri - yes, but it was bought most frequently with the canned unicorn meat. There was also rabbit meat for sale. Perhaps people want to do in-home irradiation?

Ugh, that stupid Amazon Prime shopping monkey. Good thing we're being sequestered so I'll have to quit shopping because I think the UPS guy is getting tired of coming to my house.

Amy in StL - Dpoes sequestration mean you need to cut your shopping by 2%? I thought it was 2% across the board.

Not 2%; 20%. We are getting a 20% cut in hours and pay. Which also means less vacation and sick time (because we won't be full time). Added to the reduction in our paychecks because of the social security tax break expiring, it's going to be a lean year for all federal employees. Ironically, it will mean I have an additional day off so more time to spend shopping.... if I had money.

Amy in StL - jeez! I'm so sorry. I was reduced once by 40% and yes, the reduction in vacation time was a surprise. I suppose the next crisis is the total government shutdown that's coming in March.
