Hmm. It almost sounds good with the Rotel and cheese. But, the ranch dressing kills it for me.

Zayrina - If there had been only one super-processed ingredient I could fathom it. But it was just one bad thing after another.
Arlene - yep, thats when it went over the top.

Magpie - It's like you see the Rotel and you think well, that's the bad part, but then they throw in ranch dressing and then put cream cheese on top of it!

It's one of those crock-pot recipes that end up looking like vomit. I've not made this one, but I've been suckered into too many others...I recognize the signs.

Beth - OOHH! They never said CROCK pot. I thought that was a long time to cook.

Crock pots just cook things on low. You can do the same thing on your stove, but it's not safe to leave the stove unattended the way you can a crock pot. Even that's not 100%.

Tami - NO Mom says You can NOT leave a crockpot unattended.

I make a taco soup similar to this...well...maybe it's just corn and ranch dressing that are similar...nevermind.

Autumn - well still, the guy at PT said this was 80 cals per serving. What about your soup?
