The mousse might have had raw egg whites so I didn't eat it.

Mare - I had no idea mousse involved raw eggs. The frozen custard was much better.

Tami - yeah. I thought they were supposed to be mostly air. But, Wikipedia says they can be heavy, and they can be made of eggs instead of cream.
